First of all, I like how the makers of the movie didn’t shirk on making the villain realistic. Even though this is a kids movie, they didn’t sugarcoat the villain like so many other movies have. Yet the villain is not quite scary enough to give kids nightmares. Secondly, the family grows closer together as a result of the conflict and stress.
